ZEBA KAMIN

Zeba Kamin is a Certified Personal Trainer, a Certified Nutrition Coach, and a Certified Group Fitness Instructor who believes that leading a fit and healthy life is essential to feeling healthy both mentally and physically. 

My Story

Being overweight her entire adolescence and lacking support and guidance, she suffered from low self esteem, body image issues, and even an eating disorder.  It wasn’t until college when she embarked on her own fitness journey and was introduced to group fitness and weightlifting. Her body and mind began to transform and so did her career. 

 

After graduating with a Political Science degree from the University of California, Davis, Zeba lost passion in going to law school and instead became a certified group fitness instructor and created her own cardio belly dance fitness class. After teaching cardio belly for several years and developing a big following, her interest began to peak elsewhere: strength training and bodybuilding. 

 

Zeba then got into bodybuilding and competed in the bikini category for a few years. Her new passion was now strength training. 

 

She started teaching a variety of strength training classes such as Boot Camp, HIIT, circuit training, and small group personal training. 

 

After teaching strength training for several years, Zeba got into the sport of powerlifting and immediately fell in love with it! 

 

Currently, she has competed in a few powerlifting meets and intends on doing more! People often ask “what is your goal weight” to which the response is to be STRONG AF! :) 

 

 

MISSION: 

 

Zeba’s mission as a fitness trainer is to guide, to educate, and to help anyone and everyone on how to lead a SUSTAINABLE and HEALTHY lifestyle! 

 

Whether your goal is to eat better, look better, and/or feel better, it all can be attained with the right guidance, right resources, and of course the right trainer to hold your hand every step of the way!
